Business Arising from the June GMM

 

Brothers and Sisters,

 

We are pleased to announce that the following members were acclaimed as Benevolent Fund Trustees: Ray Paolini, Marco Sacilotto, Sienna Gulino, and Brodie Grant. Congratulations to these Brothers and Sisters on their continued service and commitment.

 

A motion to proceed with the abbreviated version of the 2024 audit was made by Brother Mike Smith and seconded by Brother Jason Louie and the motion carried. Brother David Rutka then assisted Treasurer Widmeyer in presenting the audit. Following the presentation, a motion to adopt the audit as presented was made by Brother Luke Pilkey and seconded by Brother Mike Campure. The motion carried unanimously.

 

The next General Membership Meeting will take place on Tuesday, September 3rd at 1900hrs at the Hansa House. At this meeting, constitutional amendments and Executive Board nominations will be accepted. A formal call for amendments and nominations will be sent in August.
